Dear Edgemont Neighbors,
We are all attorneys and residents of Edgemont. Some of us rely on parking access at Hartsdale train station as part of our daily commutes, and some of us count access to Hartsdale train station parking as a key factor in our homes’ property values. We all recognize the critical importance of Hartsdale train station parking to the community of Edgemont.
We have read and reviewed the memorandum with subject “Hartsdale Public Parking District” dated January 21, 2018, by the law firm of Duane Morris. We believe the memorandum provides ample legal authority that, post-incorporation, Village of Edgemont residents will have sufficient access to parking at the Hartsdale train station.
Your neighbors,
