The first meeting will have Mark Rosenblatt, Jeffrey Sherwin, and Jon Lewis explaining:

1) What is a village and why we believe incorporation is good for Edgemont
2) What is the process for incorporation
3) Our preliminary financial findings
4) What we think, what we know, and what we don't know about the main issues  

We hope to get to know many of you in this first meeting. Subsequent meetings will cover progress on each of the issues as we do further work and receive legal and financial opinions from outside experts, lawyers and financial consultants. These issues will include other subjects like Hartsdale Parking, Parks & Rec, Pool Use, Public Safety, and Detailed Financial Feasibility. We will include our public finance consultants and attorneys as meeting participants in subsequent meetings as well.
